X-Pack is generally a subscription product and https://www.elastic.co/subscriptions indicates that the security features (also known as Shield) are only available to subscribers.

Interesting stuff! The benchmark code is pretty old. We’re a little busy right now so wouldn’t have time to collaborate, but we may well get back to you in the future! Thanks for making me aware of Manticore as well.
