Training & Support

Flexible support and training for Lucene/Solr and Elasticsearch delivered by experts

We can provide classroom-based training either on-site or at a venue convenient for you. We can customise the content for developers, management and support staff. We can also provide detailed one-to-one training from our expert developers, for those starting an open source search project. Training is delivered by domain experts who are active in the open source community.

When you ask Flax for support, you’ll have direct contact with the engineers who have worked on your systems. We can support systems based on the leading open source search engines, Apache Lucene/Solr and Elasticsearch (including Logstash and Kibana – the ELK stack). We’re more than happy using email, phone, internet chat or VOIP – whatever works best for you.

Standard Support

Our standard support hours are between 9am and 5pm G.M.T. We operate a web-based incident management system allowing you to track support requests and our responses online.

Extended support

In conjunction with our partners we can offer comprehensive support packages on an SLA basis including 24x7x365 coverage with phone and email contact. Contact us with your requirements for more details.
